A Luso-Can Tuna está orgulhosa de anunciar o nosso envolvimento no 25.º Aniversário da Tuna Académica da Universidade dos Açores, com outras tunas, incluindo os Tunídeos, a Tuna Com Elas, a Enf’In Tuna e a TAISCTE. Como a única tuna portuguesa na América do Norte, nós tentamos sempre manter a nossa cultura. Este passeio a Portugal permite que nós podemos conetar com outras tunas, faz nos praticar com mais força e ajuda os nossos elementos a sentirem-se imersos na cultura lusófona. Para muitos dos nossos elementos mais novos, vai ser a primeria atuação fora de Toronto, e nos estamos felizes de partilhar esta experiência com eles. Luso-Can Tuna is excited to announce that we will be performing alongside other tunas, including Tunideos, Tuna Com Elas, Enf’In Tuna and TAISCTE at TAUA’s 25th Anniversary in Sao Miguel next week . As the only Portuguese Tuna in Canada, we do our best to maintain our values and make sure our heritage is celebrated. Going to Portugal enables us to connect with other tunas, pushes us to practice hard, and, furthermore, helps our members feel immersed in Lusophone culture. This will be the first time that many of our new members are performing with us outside of Toronto, and we’re excited to be taking them with us. We would like to thank our sponsors for their ongoing support, as well everyone who came to our anniversary dinner and donated to our cause.
